As Thai Design's third-generation owner, Kim has watched her family's business evolve since childhood. Since taking over as Managing Director, she's spent over 20 years working directly with jewellery brands, retailers and wholesalers, bearing witness to countless product designs, sales strategies and marketing approaches along the way. As the face of Thai Design's YouTube channel, Kim has honed a talent for explaining manufacturing honestly, and in accessible terms. Her consultations focus on the bigger picture — positioning, product-market fit, and the perspective that comes from watching thousands of brands try, adapt and grow.
Kelly
Kelly brings deep, hands-on expertise in pricing, production and day-to-day operations, built from years spent overseeing the internal mechanics of a successful international jewellery business. He's the person brands could turn to when a decision needs to hold up financially as well as creatively - costing, capacity, and the operational detail that determines the difference between a good plan and a viable plan. He's here to offer advice on the practical realities of scaling your business to the next level: margins, supplier management and building processes that don't buckle under growth.
