For years, our YouTube channel has been a place for jewellery designers and brands to learn how jewellery manufacturing really works, directly from our third-generation owner Kim – who’s spent more than two decades at the helm of our family business.
In recent months, we’ve begun to recognise that videos can only go so far. For those of you who are very busy, perhaps there just aren’t enough hours in the day to sift through content in search of the answer you need. Perhaps, in this fast-paced and technology-driven age, what you’re really looking for is a conversation with a human being who understands your situation.

Our New Pathways: Allowing us to meet you where you are
Whether you're taking your very first steps into the world of jewellery business or you’re already years into running an established brand, we are now offering our informative content and mentoring service via two distinct pathways. Moving forwards, our YouTube videos are categorised into one of two series; You’re invited to identify which of these pathways aligns best with your situation when booking a consultation with us.
- Jewellery Manufacturing Foundations: For aspiring designers and fledgling brands. This pathway centres on early-stage conundrums, from finding the right supplier to understanding the fundamentals of outsourced production and avoiding the mistakes that catch so many people out early on.
- Scale & Growth for Jewellery Businesses: For established brands ready to evolve and scale. This pathway is an opportunity to begin exploring the complex, lesser-addressed issues associated with running a jewellery business – from production capacity to margins, managing suppliers, and preparing for retail expansion.
Between them, our co-owners Kim and Kelly bring 35 years of combined experience across design development, customer support, financial analysis, operations, production strategy and business management. Built from years of working from both sides of the manufacturer-designer relationship, their perspective is genuinely rare in our industry, built from years of sitting on both sides of the manufacturer-designer relationship.
What to Expect
Our private, one-to-one conversations are available as:
- An introductory one-hour consultation (£100 / $135 USD)
- Discounted packages of three sessions (£270 / $365 USD) and five sessions (£425 / $575 USD) for ongoing support at your own pace
Importantly, this new service is not about winning your business for jewellery manufacturing business. Many of the people we speak to already partnered with a manufacturing supplier and are simply seeking an honest, independent second opinion. That's exactly what these sessions are for: transparent, practical advice, tailored to your unique circumstances.
